International students can obtain a visa through the accredited university or college they will attend. The student affairs office at their chosen institution is typically responsible for facilitating this process.

10-Year Golden Visa for Outstanding University Graduates
The UAE offers a 10-year Golden Visa to exceptional graduates from both local and international universities, provided certain criteria are met. This visa aims to retain top talent within the country post-graduation.

- Graduation within the last two years
- University rated A or B class by the Ministry of Education
- Minimum CGPA of 3.5 for A class and 3.8 for B class universities

In Dubai, the cost for a student’s Golden Visa is approximately Dh2978.90. Additional costs for service bundles vary depending on the type of permit:
- Residence entry permit for graduates: Dh350
- Residence permit for graduates: Dh1250
- Service bundles for high school top students also range from Dh350 to Dh1250.
Parent-Sponsored Student Visa
Residents can sponsor their children for education in the UAE. There are no age limits for sponsoring daughters, but sons can be sponsored up to the age of 25, or beyond if they are attending higher education.

Students holding a Golden Visa can extend their visa benefits to their parents, spouses, and children. Additionally, financially capable foreign students can also sponsor their family members, ensuring they have suitable housing.
