Galadari Automobiles, the exclusive distributor of Mazda in the UAE, recently hosted a unique service campaign for Mazda owners, offering complimentary vehicle inspections. This five-day event, conducted at three service centers across the country, was designed for Mazda vehicles purchased within the last two years.

The campaign saw the participation of three Mazda experts from Japan – Kataro Sugahara, Yoshiyuki Kemmochi, and Taku Iwasaki. These specialists flew in specifically for the service drive, providing Mazda owners with an opportunity to gain deeper insights into their vehicles.

The service drive was strategically scheduled at different locations on various dates. The Sheikh Zayed Road branch in Dubai welcomed customers on December 17 and 18, followed by the Sharjah service center on December 19. The event concluded on December 20 and 21 at the Abu Dhabi branch.

Axel Dreyer, CEO of Galadari Brothers Automotive Division, emphasized the importance of this service drive. He noted that the event was aimed at enhancing the customer experience for Mazda owners in the UAE. The presence of the Mazda experts from Japan was a testament to the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.

Shah Basharat, Head of Brand for Mazda, highlighted the precision and attention to detail of the Japanese experts. Their involvement in the service drive underscored Mazda’s dedication to providing top-tier services to its customers.

Zameer Hassan, General Manager for Customer Service & Experience at Mazda Middle East & Africa, pointed out the brand’s commitment to clear communication about maintenance processes, costs, and timelines.
