What we can and cannot help with
We can help with:
- a possible error or outdated figure on the site (see report an error);
- feedback on a guide or a calculator;
- ideas for topics we have not covered yet.
We cannot:
- advise on your own tax position, company structure, contract or dispute;
- register a company, prepare a tax return or open an account for you;
- contact the Federal Tax Authority, a ministry, a free zone or a bank on your behalf;
- recommend a setup agent, bank, accountant or lawyer.

Questions for an authority
A question about how a rule applies to your business is best put to the authority that applies it, such as the Federal Tax Authority for tax, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for employment, or your licensing authority for your trade licence, or to a licensed adviser. Our guides link to the official pages they rely on, so you can start from the right one.
